INDOOR USE RECOMMENDED

Our backdrops are designed primarily for indoor events.

Although Coroplast offers greater resistance to moisture than Foam Board, Paloma Design House does not guarantee the performance of any product when used outdoors.

Outdoor use is entirely at the customer's own risk.

Do not use products during:

• Strong winds

• Rain

• Storms

• Extreme heat

• Severe weather conditions

For additional stability, we highly recommend placing sandbags or weights behind each stand, especially for large displays or outdoor setups.

Damage caused by weather, wind, improper installation, or outdoor use is not covered under our policies.

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the printing process.

• Slight variations in size, folds, scoring, or panel joints are normal and are necessary for safe shipping of oversized products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because every backdrop is personalized and produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and its packaging. Our team will gladly review the issue and provide an appropriate solution when applicable.
