• Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Paloma Design House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If package theft is common in your area, we recommend shipping to a secure location or holding your package at the carrier's facility for pickup.

• Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, customs, natural disasters, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, mobile devices, lighting conditions, and the printing process.

• Because every product is custom-made, artwork placement, proportions, and cutout dimensions may vary slightly depending on the selected design.

OUTDOOR USE

Our products are primarily designed for indoor event use.

Paloma Design House does not guarantee the performance or durability of its products when used outdoors. Outdoor use is entirely at the customer's own risk.

Do not use products during:

• High winds
• Rain
• Storms
• Extreme heat or weather conditions

For added stability, we strongly recommend placing a sandbag or weight behind each stand, especially when used outdoors or in open areas.

Damage caused by improper installation, weather conditions, wind, or outdoor use is not covered.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Because every order is personalized and produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or if we made an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
