OVERVIEW
This website and store are operated by Paloma Design House. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Paloma Design House. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the policies referenced herein.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website or placing an order.
1. PRODUCTS AND HANDCRAFTED NATURE
Paloma Design House specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order, and personalized event décor and decorative products. Because many of our products are individually produced, slight variations in color, finish, texture, positioning, dimensions, printing, cutting, or other handmade characteristics may occur. These minor variations are part of the nature of custom production and are not considered defects.
Product colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, materials, and printing processes.
2. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, dates, wording, colors, sizes, themes, and any other requested specifications.
By submitting personalization details and approving a design or mockup when applicable, the customer confirms that all information has been reviewed and is correct.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible. If a requested change can still be accommodated, additional design, material, production, or shipping charges may apply.
3. MOCKUPS AND DESIGN APPROVAL
When a digital mockup or proof is provided, it is intended to represent the general appearance of the finished product. Differences may occur between digital previews and physical materials.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing spelling, names, dates, dimensions, colors, and other personalized details before approval.
Once a design has been approved and production has begun, Paloma Design House is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Additional charges may apply when a customer requests modifications, expedited production, upgraded shipping, or services outside the original order specifications.
5. PRODUCTION TIMES
Production times vary depending on the product, customization, order volume, and complexity of the project. Any production or completion estimate provided is an estimate and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed to in writing.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are separate from production times.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery schedules are subject to the carrier's operations. Paloma Design House is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation interruptions, peak-season volume, incorrect customer addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Because many Paloma Design House products are personalized, custom-made, or produced specifically for each order, they are generally considered final sale once production has begun.
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged shipments, and order issues are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Customers should review that policy before completing a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If an order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, customers should contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box when applicable.
Claims will be reviewed individually. Customers should retain the original product and packaging until the claim has been resolved.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original photographs, product presentations, branding, written content, layouts, and original designs created by Paloma Design House remain the intellectual property of their respective owner and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or used commercially without authorization.
Any third-party names, characters, trademarks, or other intellectual property that may be referenced belong to their respective owners. Paloma Design House does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property and is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party rights holders unless expressly stated.
10. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use our website, products, photographs, designs, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized commercial purposes, or in any manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, pricing, and availability. However, occasional typographical, technical, or informational errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information when necessary.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paloma Design House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other technology providers. Use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider's terms and policies.
14. PRIVACY
Personal information submitted through our store is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service when necessary. The version published on our store at the time of purchase will apply to the applicable transaction, subject to applicable law.

These Terms of Service and transactions through our store are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
