SIZE INFORMATION

The size selected refers to the approximate overall maximum dimension of the finished sign.

Because every logo and business name has different proportions, the exact width and height may vary.

For example, a sign ordered in a 36-inch size may measure approximately 36 inches at its longest dimension, while the opposite dimension will be determined by the proportions of your logo or approved artwork.

We preserve the original proportions of your design whenever possible and do not stretch or distort logos simply to force them into a specific width and height.

Exact finished measurements may vary slightly due to the shape, layout, construction, and layered elements of the final design.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

When placing your order, please provide:

• Business name
• Desired sign size
• Preferred colors
• Preferred materials, if applicable
• Any additional wording you would like included
• Installation or display preferences, if applicable

After placing your order, please send us your logo or artwork through Shopify messages or the requested communication method.

For the best results, please provide a high-resolution logo file whenever possible.

Preferred file formats include:

• SVG
• AI
• EPS
• PDF
• High-resolution PNG with transparent background

Low-resolution screenshots, social media images, photographs of logos, or heavily compressed files may affect the quality and accuracy of the finished design.

If your artwork requires extensive recreation, vectorization, cleanup, or redesign, an additional design fee may apply.

DESIGN APPROVAL

A digital design proof may be prepared before production when required.

Please review all information carefully, including:

• Business name
• Spelling
• Dates or establishment years
• Colors
• Logo placement
• Wording
• Overall layout

Production begins after the design has been approved.

Once the customer approves the final proof, Paloma Design House is not responsible for spelling, wording, color selection, layout, or design details that were visible in the approved version.

Any changes requested after approval or after production has started may require an additional fee and may affect production time.

LOGO & ARTWORK RESPONSIBILITY

By submitting a logo, trademark, company name, artwork, graphic, photograph, or other intellectual property for use in your custom sign, you confirm that you own the material or have permission and legal authorization to use it.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary rights, licenses, or permissions associated with submitted artwork.

Paloma Design House is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, ownership, or intellectual property disputes related to materials supplied by the customer.

We provide custom design, fabrication, printing, cutting, assembly, and production services based on the information and artwork supplied or approved by the customer.

Mounting hardware is not automatically included unless specifically stated in the selected option or product description.

Depending on the sign design, installation may require:

• French cleats
• Hanging hardware

• Professional commercial installation

Wall material, sign weight, dimensions, and installation conditions vary from one location to another.

For larger or heavier signs, we strongly recommend professional installation.

Paloma Design House is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable mounting hardware, incorrect wall preparation, or installation performed by the customer or a third party.

INDOOR & OUTDOOR USE

Unless specifically described as suitable for exterior use, our custom business signs are designed primarily for indoor or protected commercial spaces.

Some materials and finishes may tolerate limited covered outdoor use, but prolonged exposure to:

• High temperatures
• Rain
• Humidity
• Wind
• Extreme weather

may affect the appearance or durability of the product.

You are purchasing the custom sign only.

PROCESSING TIME

Because every business sign is made to order, production time begins after all required information and artwork have been received and, when applicable, after the final design has been approved.

Estimated production time:

• Approximately 5–10 business days for standard custom signs

More complex, oversized, highly layered, or specialty projects may require additional production time.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING

Shipping time is separate from production time.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Carrier delays
• Weather delays
• Natural disasters
• Strikes

• Packages stolen after confirmed delivery
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our control

Large signs may require special packaging, multiple boxes, protective layers, or other shipping accommodations.

Some oversized signs may be designed or manufactured in sections when required for safe transportation. If this applies to your project, it will be communicated before production.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REPLACEMENTS

Because every sign is custom-designed and made specifically for your business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for completed custom orders.

Orders that have already entered the design or production process may not be canceled.

If Paloma Design House makes a production error, please contact us with photographs and details of the issue. We will review the order and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.

Damage caused by installation, misuse, modification, improper handling, weather exposure, or third-party installers is not considered a manufacturing defect.
